高氧液治疗对脑出血患者血清MMP-9的主要影响分析

摘要：目的观察高氧液用于治疗脑出血对于患者血清MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶)的相关影响。方法选择60例脑出血患者，随机分为各30例的两组，I组采用常规药物治疗，II组采用高氧液联合常规药物治疗，另选30例健康人为III组与I组、II组进行对照，观察高氧液影响血清MMP-9的具体表现。结果I组与II组的血清MMP-9水平分别与III组比，均高于III组，P<0.05；在治疗3 d、7 d、14 d时，II组的MMP-9水平均显著少于I组，P<0.05；治疗3 d时，两组的血清MMP-9水平均达到最高值。结论患者脑出血之后，血清MMP-9水平会明显升高，采用高氧液对这一症状治疗，能够有效降低异常升高的血清MMP-9，抑制出血区域水肿现象的出现，促进患者康复。
