摘要：目的通过分析小儿手足口病发病的临床病况特性，在此基础上提出合理的治疗策略，为手足口病的治疗给出依据。方法随机抽取自2010年9月~2013年8月来我院进行治疗的578例手足口病患儿作研究对象，通过回顾性分析，对上述病例的临床特性、治疗转归予以深入的探究。我们对轻症病例予以抗病毒与对症治疗;对重症病例在上述治疗的基础上予以控制颅压、经静脉滴注丙种免疫球蛋白以及甲基强的松龙冲击治疗;对重症患儿置PICU在重症倾向治疗基础上予以气管插管，正压机械通气，确保患儿脏器功能不受损伤。结果上述病例其中532例痊愈，46例好转。结论通过此次实践我们发现小儿手足口病治疗及诊断要及时，且要注意筛查重症患儿，或隔离诊治，以便第一时间予以正确合理的治疗措施。

    Clinical Observation and Treatment of 578 Cases of Children with Hand Foot Mouth Disease

    Abstract： ObjectiveTo analyze the children with hand foot and mouth disease clinical status characteristics, puts forward reasonable treatment strategies, for the treatmentof hand foot and mouth disease is given based on.Methods Randomly selected from 2010 September ~2013 year in August in our hospital were 578 cases of hand foot and mouth disease treatment as the research object,through retrospective analysis, in-depth exploration ofclinical characteristics, treatment outcome of these cases.The mild cases to antiviral and symptomatic treatment forsevere cases; to control intracranial pressure, intravenous drip intravenous immune globulin and methylprednisolone pulse therapy in the treatment of children with severe; thePICU to gas in severe tendency of treatment on the basis of intubation, mechanical ventilation, to ensure that children organ damage. ResultsThe cases in which 532cases were cured, 46 cases improved. ConclusionThrough this practice, we found that children with hand foot and mouth disease diagnosis and treatment in time,and pay attention to screening children with severe, or quarantine treatment, so that the first time to be correct and reasonable treatment measures. ......
