他莫昔芬促排卵的临床观察

摘要：目的 探讨他莫昔芬促排卵的临床效果。方法 选取2012年2月~2013年12月于我院治疗的不孕患者160例，随机分为他莫昔芬组(TMX组)与克罗米芬组(CC组)，每组各80例。经治疗后记录卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜厚度、形态及宫颈粘液状况等指标。结果 两组卵泡发生率、排卵率、平均成熟卵泡数及妊娠率无显著差异(P>0.05)，子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态及宫颈黏液评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 他莫昔芬与克罗米芬作用类似，但服用他莫昔芬后子宫内膜较服用克罗米芬厚，还可有效改善宫颈黏液评分，提高妊娠率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of tamoxifen in ovulation induction.
