摘要：目的 探讨氟西汀合并氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的疗效及安全性。方法 将75例以阴性症状为主的难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(氟西汀合并氯氮平)及对照组(单用氯氮平)。分别在治疗4w、8w、12w末使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评价不良反应。结果 氟西汀合并氯氮平治疗以阴性症状为主的难治性精神分裂症是安全有效的。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of Fluoxetine combined with clozapine in treatment of intractable schizophrenic negative symptom. Methods A total of 75 patients with intractable schizophrenic negative symptom were randomly divided into study group (Fluoxetine combining clozapine),the control grouponly treated by clozapine.
