拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫临床观察

摘要：目的观察拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法将89例儿童难治性癫痫患者分为两组，研究组45例给予拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗，对照组44例给予单纯拉莫三嗪治疗。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为86.78%、72.73%，研究组总有效率较高，其治疗后EEG平均好转时间较短，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合治疗儿童难治性癫痫，总有效率高，EEG平均好转时间短。
