摘要：目的 探讨心理动力护理理论结合个性化护理在癌痛控制中的应用。方法 选取晚期恶性肿瘤伴有中、重度疼痛患者96例。随机平分为对照组和实验组。对照组：普通护理方法；实验组:心理动力护理理论结合个性化护理。结果 对照组和实验组疗效例数差异有统计学意义。结论 心理动力护理理论结合个性化护理对癌痛控制有较好疗效。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of the psychological motivation combing with personalized nursing theory in pain control. Methods96 advanced m alignant tumor patients with severe pain were randomly divided into control and experient group. General nursing methods were used in control and psychodynamic nursing theory combined with individualized nursing were applied in experiment group.ResultsThere was statistical significance between the difference in the number of control group and experimental group.
