护理干预措施在急性上消化道出血患者中的运用

摘要：目的 探讨护理干预措施在急性上消化道出血患者中的运用。方法 将我院2012年1月~2013年8月收治的52例急性上消化道出血患者分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上加入其他综合护理，比较两组患者护理前后的差异。结果 对照组护理前和护理后一般状况并无明显改善(P<0.05)；实验组护理后一般情况得到显著改善，且实验组护理后状况优于对照组护理后状况，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预措施可以有效改善急性上消化道出血患者的心理焦虑，促进病情康复，值得在临床护理中推广应用。
