中药内服外薰治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症临床观察

摘要：目的 研究治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症更有效的治疗方法。方法 54例患者随机分为两组，对照组27例，对照组采用亚甲蓝点状注射+中药内服，治疗组27例采用中药内服外薰。结果 治疗组痊愈20例，显效2例，好转2例，无效3例，总有效率88.9%；对照组痊愈17例，显效4例，好转4例，无效2例，总有效率92.6%，两者比较有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 中药内服外薰治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症是确切有效的治疗方法。
