摘要：目的 探讨COPD患者应用银尔通进行口腔护理的疗效。方法 将2012年06月～2013年O6月住院的COPD患者81例随机分为治疗组45例，对照组36例。对照组采用生理盐水进行口腔护理，治疗组在采用生理盐水加银尔通进行口腔护理，观察并比较两组患者的口腔护理效果。结果 治疗组口腔霉菌、口腔溃疡、口臭的发生率低于对照组。结论 银尔通口腔护理效果明显，值得在临床实践中推广应用

Abstract：Objective To discuss the curative effect of Sliver & Health used for mouth care of COPD patients.
