摘要：急性心肌梗塞患者大多突然发病，急性心肌梗死患者心理护理与临床药物治疗同样重要，心理护理可有效降低急性心肌梗死患者复发或死亡率。频繁的心前区剧烈疼痛而产生的濒死感，引发出恐惧和紧张，护理人员在密切配合抢救患者躯体疾病的同时，了解其心理特点，进行针对性护理尤为重要。
