摘要：目的 研究急性胃穿孔的临床特征以及手术效果。方法 对60例患急性胃穿孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 60例病患中，53例(88.34%)患者恢复情况良好，7～14d内切口甲级痊愈出院；术后发生发症症7例，占总例数的11.67%。结论 对急性胃穿孔进行及时就诊和手术治疗，能够有效地降低病死率和并发症发生率，提升治愈率。
