摘要：目的 分析临床药师干预临床合理用药的效果。方法 对我院开展临床药师干预临床合理用药前后的数据进行对比分析。结果 与干预前相比，无论是抗菌药物的使用时间还是抗菌药物的应用种类均有所降低，(P<0.05)具有显著差异，具备统计学意义。结论 临床药师干预临床合理用药，使其临床用药更加安全、有效，在医院中值得推广、持续开展。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacist intervention for clinical rational use of drug effect. Methods Comparative analysis before and after the intervention of rational drug use in the clinic data of clinical pharmacists in our hospital. Results Compared with before intervention， both has the application of antibiotics usage time or antibiotic decreased (P<0.05)， with significant differences， with statistical significance.
