康复新液治疗新生儿脐炎疗效观察

摘要：目的 探讨新生儿脐炎的简便、经济、有效的治疗方法。方法 将96例患儿随机分成两组，常规治疗组48例局部采用2%碘酒及75%酒精清洗治疗；联合治疗组48例在常规治疗基础上加用康复新液清洗治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 联合治疗组总有效率97.92%，常规治疗组总有效率为85.42%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复新液联合2%碘酒75%酒精清洗治疗新生儿脐炎疗效显著，可作为新生儿脐炎轻度感染患儿的首选治疗方法。
