摘要：目的 探讨喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的疗效。方法 腹泻患儿59例随机分为两组，治疗组32例，对照组27例。分别给予喜炎平注射液和常规治疗。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率和有显著缓解腹泻的平均时间(P<0.05)。结论 喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季和冬季的腹泻有效

    Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiyanping injection in treatment of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter. Methods 59 patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups， the treatment group was 32， control group 27 cases. Respectively given Xiyanping injection and routine treatment. Results In the treatment group and the control group total effective rate and the average time of relieving diarrhea with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter effectively
