摘要：目的 使血细胞检验在检测中获得更为稳定、有效、精准的可靠数据，避免临床诊断出现偏差，病情和治疗方案判定错误。方法 通过对血细胞标本采集、标本抗凝、标本保存和运输、仪器校准等环节的分析，防范血细胞检验工作中异常因素对最终结果的影响。结果 科学、合理的开展血液检验工作的每一个步骤，认真细致的防范，可有效提高血细胞检验的质量。结论 要充分考虑血细胞检验的多种影响因素，严格控制，保证检验的准确性。
