摘要：目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助下小儿阑尾切除术的诊治经验。方法 回顾分析我院2009年5月～2011年9月行腹腔镜辅助下阑尾切除的31例患儿的病例资料。结果 所有31例患儿均顺利完成手术，无一例中转开腹。术后3例发生右下腹麦氏点切口感染， 4例出现腹腔残余脓肿。结论 腹腔镜辅助下小儿阑尾切除术创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快、方法简单，明显优于开腹手术。
