少量胸腔积液B超与X线的诊断分析

摘要：目的 对比分析少量胸腔积液的B超及胸部X线平片的诊断情况。方法 选取2007年～2014年在我院接受检查和治疗的少量胸腔积液患者118例作为研究对象，所有病例均行超声及X线检查。结果 118例少量胸腔积液患者，游离胸腔积液89例，超声检出89例，X线平片检出57例。包裹性胸腔积液29例，B超检出21例，X线检出24例。结论 胸部X线平片及超声检查均可诊断胸腔积液，两者联合应用可提高检出率。

Abstract：Objective To comparison and analysis of a small amount of pleural effusion diagnosis of ultrasound and chest X-ray plain film. Methods Select 2007 ～ 2014 in our hospital inspection and treatment of 118 patients with a small amount of pleural effusion as the research object， all cases were performed ultrasound and X-ray. Results 118 patients with a small amount of pleural effusion， and pleural effusion in 89 cases， free ultrasonic detection of 89 cases， 57 cases of X-ray plain film detection.
