摘要：目的 测定尿LTE4变化，探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)的疗效。方法 61例患儿与15例正常儿童分为两组，患儿组常规治疗，同时孟鲁司特钠口服4w；ELISA法检测正常组和患儿组治疗前、后尿LTE4水平。结果 患儿组LTE4水平明显高于正常组(P<0. 05)，维持治疗4w，治疗后比治疗前LTE4下降明显(P<0. 05)，接近正常(P>0.05)。肾炎组和无肾炎组，LTE4水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LTE4参与了HSP发病过程，孟鲁司特治疗HSP可明显降低LTE4水平。
