摘要：对6例因腰椎间盘突出引起的腰椎管狭窄患者行手术减压，腰椎后路Solar动态固定系统固定治疗。评估患者一般情况、心理和社会支持状况，术前充分准备，术后密切观察病情、健康宣教，预防并发症，及时有效地进行功能锻炼。6例患者均随访，疗效满意。

    Abstract：6 patients with lumbar disc herniation of lumbar spinal canal stenosis caused by operation underwent decompression， posterior lumbar dynamic fixation system in treatment of Solar.
