摘要：目的 探讨急性酒精中毒患者的有效抢救及正确护理措施，以提高疗效，缩短疗程，减少并发症。方法 对收治的119例急性酒精中毒患者的急救和护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果 119例患者通过实施催吐、洗胃、纳洛酮催醒、补液、并发症处理、保证呼吸道畅通等急救和护理措施，经治疗后0.5h～6h神志转清，平均观察12h均痊愈出院。结论 针对不同的患者采取不同的急救与护理措施，正确的救治护理措施是有效治疗急性酒精中毒的关键。
