摘要：目的 探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术的最佳手术配合方法。方法 回顾性分析30例在超声下定位行气压弹道碎石术的手术护理过程，从术前准备、术中配合进行护理的归纳总结。结果 30例患者均成功，胜利地完成了手术，无1例因配合不当出现意外。结论 手术物品准备齐全，仪器、器械功能完好，熟练的手术配合是保证手术胜利完成的关键。
