黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗糖尿病肾病36例疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 1例随机分为观察组36例和对照组35例，两组患者均用西药控制血糖，观察组同时予以黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗。结果 总有效率观察组83.3%，对照组54.3%，两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗糖尿病肾病取得较好疗效。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus combined with economic life Shenqi Pill in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 71 cases were randomly divided into the observation group 36 cases and control group 35 cases， 2 patients were used in western medicine to control blood glucose， the observation group and Astragalus combination Jisheng Shenqi Pill treatment. Results The total efficiency of the observation group 83.3%， control group 54.3%， two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Astragalus Jisheng Shenqi Pill has a good curative effect in treating diabetic nephropathy.
