摘要：目的 评价奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗程和不良反应。方法 80例精神分裂症患者，按入院顺序随机分为奥氮平组(40例)和利培酮组(40例)进行治疗8w观察。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效，用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)和锥体外系副反应量表(KSESE)评定不良反应。结果 两组疗效相当，奥氮平的锥体外系反应明显减少。结论 奥氮平为一种安全有效和耐受性好的抗精神病药物。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the adverse reactions of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 cases of patients with schizophrenia，according to admission order，were randomly divided into olanzapine group (40 cases) and risperidone group (40 cases).They were treated and observed for 8 weeks.
