摘要：目的 了解某铅蓄电池厂铅作业工人的职业健康情况。方法 通过职业卫生学现场调查，了解工作场所现状，识别职业危害因素并检测铅烟、铅尘浓度；通过职业健康检查了解工人血铅水平及铅危害程度。结果 该企业工作环境中铅烟、铅尘超标率93.3%，铅作业人员血铅超标率为20.09%，且神经衰弱症状较为严重。结论 该企业铅危害严重，建议改善工作环境，降低岗位铅浓度，加强作业人员相关健康知识和个人防护意识。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the occupational hazards for the lead-exposed workers in a private lead battery enterprise. Methods Occupational field investigation was used to learn about the work environment and occupational hazard factors，then detected and analyzed the lead smoke and dust in work place. Occupational health surveilance results were used to learn about the blood lead levels and hazard degree of lead workers. Results The exceeding rate for lead smoke and lead dust is 93.3%， the rate for the workers with higher blood lead is 20.09%， and most works had neurasthenia symptoms.
