摘要：目的 一次性包皮环切吻合器行包皮术后并发症分析。方法 选择包皮过长及包茎患者118例，随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组采用一次性包皮环切吻合器按测量的环体大小大1～2个尺寸治疗，对照组采用一次性包皮环切吻合器按测量的环体大小治疗，对比分析两组患儿手术后包皮水肿及疼痛情况。结果 两组术后包皮水肿和疼痛比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用一次性包皮环切吻合器按测量的环体大小大1～2个尺寸治疗后患者包皮水和疼痛明显减轻，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the complications of postoperative complications in anastomat disposable circumcision.Methods 118 cases of patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，the observation group was treated with peritomy anastomoses device according to the measure of the ring size 1 to 2 dimensional treatment，Control group using disposable circumcision anastomat according to the measure of the ring body size treatment，comparative analysis of prepuce edema and pain of two patients after operation.Results Compared the foreskin edema and pain after operation in the two groups ......
