摘要：目的 研究分析老年痴呆症患者的家庭护理和精神护理所具备的临床效果。方法 通过随机分组法把120例老年痴呆症患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例，对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组采用精神护理与家庭护理的方式，对比分析两组患者的临床护理状况。结果 通过研究对比发现，观察组患者的日常生活能力评分改善程度比对照组患者要高，而且观察组患者的护理满意程度也优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对老年痴呆患者使用精神护理和家庭护理的方式，不仅能够提升患者的辨认事物能力，而且有利于临床护理体系的发展。
