摘要：目的 探索品管圈管理工具在降低产妇离院延迟率中的应用。方法 成立品管圈活动小组，按照品管圈活动步骤，分析住院产妇发生离院延迟的要因，针对性地拟定对策并进行实施。结果 应用品管圈活动对产妇出院当天的治疗、出院指导、出院证的办理等流程进行了改善优化，使产妇离院延迟率从54.88%降低到13.33%。结论应用品管圈能有效降低产妇离院延迟率，提高了患者和家属的满意度，提高了护士主动参与病房管理，主动发现临床问题及解决问题的能力，增强了护士的主人翁精神和职业成就感。
