文冠木喷雾剂中总黄酮含量测定

     摘要:目的 建立文冠木喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,通过紫外可见扫描确定最大吸收波长,以芦丁为对照品制定标准曲线,并进行样品溶液稳定性实验和方法回收率与重复性实验。结果 最大吸收波长为500nm,标准曲线线性范围为10.520mg/L~63.120mg/L,r=0.9997。平均回收率为95.09%,RSD=1.61%,符合要求。结论 该方法简单方便、准确可靠,可以用来进行文冠木喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量测定。

    Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids inXanthoceras sorbifolia spray. Methods Using UV spectrophotometry, UV Vis scanto determine the maximum absorption wavelength, with rutin as a standard to make the standard curve, and the sample solution stability experiment andrecovery rate and repeatability. Results The maximum absorption wavelength is 500nm, the linear range of standard curve is 10.520~ 63.120mg/L,r=0.9997. The average recovery was 95.09%, RSD=1.61%, meet the requirements.
