平行钢板技术治疗肱骨远端C型骨折(2)
综上所述，平行钢板双柱固定肱骨远端粉碎性骨折可以提供稳定固定，便于肘关节早期锻炼，减少并发症的发生；随着锁定钢板的普及，平行锁定钢板双柱固定肱骨远端粉碎性骨折，可能提供更稳定力学固定，尚有待进一步的研究。
