气道密封性是判断喉罩通气效果的重要指标，尤其是腹腔镜手术，气腹后气道压明显升高，本研究中，i-gel喉罩组机械通气各项指标(Pmean、Ppeak及PetCO2)在气腹建立前后与气管插管组差异无显著性，术中未出现明显的漏气，术后也无胃肠胀气发生。
综上所述i-gel喉罩可安全地应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉，与传统气管插管相比血流动力学更稳定，不良反应更少。然而喉罩为声门上型通气道，不能保证气道与食道完全分隔，长时间通气后可能发生移位，胃肠胀气及反流误吸，术中应严密观察，严禁用于饱胃及肠梗阻患者。
