血糖峰值时间与胰岛β细胞功能(2)
4 结论
血糖达峰时间(Tmax)可以判断胰岛 细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗状态;Tmax后延,提示胰岛β细胞功能减退,胰岛素抵抗增加,且可能增加糖尿病并发症的发生与发展;因此,在临床工作中,糖尿病患者负荷后血糖峰值后延提示胰岛素抵抗和胰岛 细胞损伤加重,为临床诊治提供了依据。
