摘要：电子病历在医院信息化发展中发挥了非常重要的作用。本文分析了我院电子病历的应用现状，对我院近几年出院的电子病历常见质量缺陷进行分析，并归纳出几个方面的常见问题予以讨论，并提出相关解决方案及对策，借此推动我院电子病历的应用，确保电子病历信息的有效性、安全性和合法性。
