摘要：目的 总结老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖的原因，总结其临床护理经验。方法 回顾性分析我院内分泌科2010年1月～2013年12月收治的60例老年糖尿病合并低血糖患者的临床及护理资料。结果 经针对性的治疗及护理后60例患者均恢复，无死亡等严重后果。结论 多因素能导致老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖，对老年糖尿病要定期监测血糖，一旦确诊低血糖，应立即进行治疗。同时护理人员应为老年糖尿病患者提供用药、饮食及运动等方面的健康宣教。

    Abstract：Objective To summarize the reason of elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia， summarize the clinical nursing experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January to 2013 December in Department of Endocrinology hospital treated 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia clinical and nursing data.
