摘要：目的 探讨手法复位夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的方法、技巧及其临床疗效。方法 选取我院2012年～2013年收诊的肱骨外科颈骨折患者50例，给予手法复位夹板外固定治疗，并评价其疗效。结果 所有患者均骨性愈合，有效率达94%。结论 采用准确有效的手法复位夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折，疗效较好，且操作简单，创伤小，并发症少。
