摘要：目的 了解中药配方颗粒在我院住院部的使用情况和趋势，为临床合理使用中药配方颗粒提供依据。方法 收集我院住院部2011年～2013年中药配方颗粒年总销售量、总销售额、单味中药配方颗粒销售量等数据，并进行统计分析。结果 2011年～2013年我院住院部中药配方颗粒销量呈逐年上升趋势，且增长幅度较大；中药配方颗粒中补虚药的用量最大，清热药与化痰止咳药的增幅最大；3年来，临床科室使用中药配方颗粒的排名变化较大。结论 中药配方颗粒已经逐渐被患者所接受，在临床应用中得到普及。加强中药配方颗粒的临床有效性、安全性研究，使临床医生能够更了解和使用中药配方颗粒。
