摘要：目的 调查妇幼保健院护士工作满意度，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用护士满意度调查表对湖北省3所三级甲等妇幼保健院322名护士进行问卷调查。结果 年龄和收入水平是护士工作满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 医院要提高护士收入水平，护理管理者应加强护士职业道德的培训，形成积极正确的职业价值观，提高护士工作满意度。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate nurses' job satisfaction and analyze its influencing factors in women and children's hospital.
