摘要：目的 探讨胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的非手术治疗适应症。方法 回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2013年5月42例胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔非手术治疗的临床资料。结果 本组42例溃疡穿孔均经非手术治疗，其中40例治愈，2例并发腹腔脓肿行腹腔穿刺引流术后治愈。2例因腹膜炎加重采取手术治疗。结论 掌握好胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的非手术治疗适应症，可避免手术创伤及术后并发症的发生，并可减少医疗费用，值得在基层医院推广。
