摘要：目的 应用铸瓷贴面对前牙过小牙美容修复。方法 选择前牙过小牙患牙45 颗，所有患牙常规牙体预备，然后铸瓷贴面制作和粘结。在术后 6、12 个月用改良 Ryge评价标准进行评价。结果 全部修复体在术后 6、12 个月时各项检查指标都未发现异常，修复效果良好。结论 铸瓷贴面具有良好的美学及生物学特性，是一种理想的过小牙美容修复方法。
