肿瘤标志物人附睾蛋白4HE4和CA125在卵巢癌诊断中的临床应用(2)
总之,我们研究证实,作为单一肿瘤标志物HE4在卵巢癌中的敏感性和特异性优于CA125。HE4与CAl25联合应用,在卵巢癌的早期临床诊断、疾病监测和盆腔包块的恶性风险评估方面具有很好的应用前景。
