失禁相关性皮炎干预工具在ICU的应用效果评价(2)
综上所述，IADIT作为系统的结构化皮肤护理工具，应用于重症患者IAD的预防及处置中，降低了IAD的发生率，减少了IAD严重度发展，提高了护理质量。后续研究有待扩大样本量、进行随机对照设计、并通过追踪随访入组患者获得其转归情况，为IADIT的临床应用提供更加科学客观的依据。
