BOAS与ASTRAL评分预测急性缺血性脑卒中患者3月不良预后的价值(2)
综上所述，BOAS与ASTRAL评分系统有较好的预测价值。但本研究是单中心的回顾性研究，因此有一的局限性，同时随着卒中治疗的发展和提高，比如及时溶栓治疗和积极大面积梗塞去颅骨瓣治疗，预测评分的准确度可能会降低，故有待在今后多中心的更大样本量的前瞻性研究中，进一步评价BOAS与ASTRAL评分法的预测价值。以便更好地应用和临床推广。
