摘要：目的 总结人性化健康教育在直肠癌结肠造瘘口术中的应用；方法 对我院2012年1月～2013年1月70例直肠癌结肠造瘘口术患者进行健康教育，总结经验；结果 本组70例患者，发生肺部感染5例，尿潴留6例，尿路感染2例，吻合口漏2例；结论 采用合适的健康教育方法对直肠癌患者意义重大。
