摘要：目的 探析护理干预应用于不典型急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法 选取2013年4月～2014年4月我院收治的不典型急性心肌梗死患者80例，随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。分析比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情况。结果 治疗组患者干预后的焦虑与抑郁发生率显著低于对照组，且明显好于干预前，均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但对照组干预前后上述指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论 对不典型急性心肌梗死患者采取系统护理干预措施，能提高患者对疾病的认知程度，进一步提高治疗效果，其临床效果满意。
