摘要：目的 观察艾灸防治化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法 将70例拟行化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为两组，对照组(35例)单纯采用静脉药物止吐；治疗组(35例)采用艾灸配合静脉药物。观察患者恶心、呕吐程度。结果 治疗组总有效率达88.57%，对照组为71.43%，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 艾灸防治化疗患者恶心呕吐的疗效显著，值得推广。
