摘要：目的 研究贲门癌漏诊的原因和防治措施。方法 1例贲门癌漏诊临床资料的回顾性分析，采取胃镜检查。结论 贲门癌早期患者无典型的临床表现，故临床医生对患者的随访宣教有可能忽视，从而延长患者复诊时间，故应按照要求及时随访。
