摘要：目的 分析口腔科的各种职业暴露危险因素，加强口腔科医生的职业防护教育，提高防护意识。方法 通过分析社区医院口腔科医生职业暴露危险因素，包括艾滋病病毒(HIV)、乙型肝炎(HBV)、丙型肝炎(HCV)以及汞污染等，总结出口腔科医生易受职业危害的方式并制定有效的防护措施，降低职业危害。结果 口腔科医生在工作中防护意识增强，防护措施落实到位，医生职业暴露明显减少。结论 在社区口腔门诊工作中切实做好医生的职业防护可有效避免职业性伤害的发生。
