摘要：探讨人类亚健康分型，表现，产生的危险因素及护理干预。亚健康主要表现在身体、心理、情感、思想、行为和社会适应性等方面，亚健康产生的危险因素有环境因素、饮食因素、生活方式及心理情绪因素等。提出了护理干预的措施，适应社会变化正确面对压力，均衡营养，坚持运动，帮助人们了解亚健康，走出亚健康，维护身心健康。
