摘要：类风湿关节炎病理性质属本虚标实，正虚为本：先天不足，后天失养，肝肾亏虚，筋脉失养；外因为风寒湿热诸邪乘虚而入，气血凝滞，筋骨不利以致萎弱不用。中医治疗重在辨证论治，收到较好效果。
