摘要：目的 探讨压迫止血在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊床出血的应用。方法 回顾分析5例LC术中并发肝中静脉分支损伤出血的临床治疗。结果 5例均在压迫止血创面10min，术中止血顺利，术后观察均无延迟性出血。结论 压迫止血迅速，使用方便，是一种行之有效的止血方法。

    Abstract：Objective To investigation the methods of hemostasis by compression in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy after the injury of venae hepaticae intermediate. Methods We discuss 5 cases who have intraabdominal hemorrhage in laparoscopy cholecystectomy in retrospective.Results 5 cases who have intraabdominal hemorrhage in laparoscopy cholecystectomy hemostasis by compression in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.It is an effective method that all cases have no delayed haemorrhage and no liver damaged.
