摘要：目的 探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效，以期找到治疗的有效方法。方法 选取我院收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者64例，随机分为两组，每组32例，对照组布地奈德单用，治疗组孟鲁司特与布地奈德联用。比较两组临床疗效。结果 与对照组比较治疗组患者显效率明显提高且咳嗽缓解时间，症状消失时间缩短。结论 孟鲁司特与布地奈德联用可以明显提高治疗效果，缩短症状消失时间。
